Step 1: Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, including the bubble wrap (which may be used in Step 9), until you have properly inspected the product for damage. The original packaging may be required for inspection by carrier or return shipment to frontrowframe. After viewing each photo, click on BACK to return to this page.

Step 4: If you wish to include your event ticket in the frame, insert it, face down, between the glass (clear acrylic) face and the mat. Don't worry about exact placement, the ticket can easily be repositioned at any time. To avoid the possibility of ink transfer from the ticket to the program, you may wish to place a piece of plain white paper behind the ticket.

Step 5: Place your program face down into our unique nesting system so that the bottom right corner of the back of the program rests against the bottom right corner of the nest.

Step 6: Place sufficient corrugated fillers to create a snug fit between the door back and the program when the door is closed and latched.

Step 7: Flip the frame over from the left to the right (to prevent the program from shifting) so that you are looking at the framed program. The program may look off-center. Determine if it needs to be adjusted horizontally, vertically or both.

Step 8: To fine tune the program alignment, flip the frame back over from the right to the left (to prevent the program from shifting) and open the door. Remove the corrugated fillers. Use the alignment strips (the long narrow cardboard strips) to center the program both vertically and horizontally within the mat opening. The longer strips are used along the right vertical edge to center the program from left to right, and should be used first. To adjust the position of the program, slip a few of the alignment strips between the right edge of the program and the inside edge of the nest. After inserting a few, replace the corrugated fillers, close the door and check to see if the program has been properly centered from left to right within the mat opening. This is a trial and error process, but should take only a few minutes.

Using the shorter alignment strips, the same process will align the program from top to bottom. The alignment strips must now be placed between the program and the bottom edge of the nest.

Step 9: Once the program is aligned, replace the corrugated fillers. To prevent the program from shifting, place any remaining alignment strips along the left edge of the program. Cut and roll the bubble wrap from the packaging and insert to fill any remaining space on the left side and top of the program. Close and latch the door. frontrowframe is now ready for hanging.
